Hope prevails over fear
November 5, 2008
From DeeTee: A very brief entry, but it must be made. When all is said and done — and a LOT sure has been said and done — hope prevails over fear. Goodness and mercy shall prevail, and they did. We may be fearful, but we value hope more.
As I watched Obama give his acceptance speech, I was once more struck at his amazing character: hopeful yet realistic, serious yet elated, and above all else: forgiving. You could see it in his face, and in those who listened.
I am hopeful for our country!!!
